now offer the option of "Vault to Cloud", a cloud-based
optional off-premise disaster recovery service that complements the
data protection of the on-premise appliances for our customers who want
disaster recovery but do not want to own and operate their own
dedicated off-premise vaulting appliances. For only
$0.49 per GigaByte
per month. you can choose to have your vital data
electronically
duplicated at a secure SAS 70 certified facility.
We offer
features that allow our customers to take advantage of quickly getting
their on-premise appliances protected off-site and that allow those
customers to quickly recover their data in the case of a disaster via
next-day shipping with a “reduplicated” replacement
appliance.
Vault2Cloud: A Cloud Infrastructure Optimized for Backup
Vaulting
Vault2Cloud uses a multi-tenancy cloud architecture implemented using
replicated Recovery-730v appliances.
All of this is housed in a high-density carrier-neutral SAS 70 Tier 3
facility with the following features
- Locking cabinets, cages and suites
- Fully redundant power and HVAC
- Controlled temperature and humidity
- Fire-threat detection and suppression
- 24x7x365 critical monitoring
- 24x7x365 manned data center
- 24x7x365 secured access to data center
- Energen© Fire Suppression System
- Maintained climate of 70 degrees (+/-5) with 30-60%
humidity; N + 1 redunancy; 150 tons of cooling for 4,000 square feet
- Dual incoming utility feeds from separate substations off
two isolated grids. Additional utility sub-station located on premise.
Four 250KVA UPS modules along with redundant ATS gear connected to 12
facility generator grids. 3 RPS panel pairs dual fed by UPS modules
with separate paths. Facility currently supports 12 megawatts of power
and can be upgraded to 16 megawatts based on demand. Current facility
load is 40% on grid.

- Lobby security, real-time video surveillance with 24x7
monitoring, card key access, alarm/key monitoring, man traps, and CCTV
